Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military destinations and international addresses are not supported. Online orders do not include salon pickup or installation services.

Priority shipping — included

Eligible orders have no additional shipping charge and no minimum-order threshold. Applicable taxes are separate and shown at checkout.

Next-day dispatch

In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch on the next business day, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Dispatch means handing the parcel to the carrier; it is not a next-day delivery promise. Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If dispatch is delayed

If we cannot meet the stated dispatch time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. We do not substitute a different product, shade or size without your agreement.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact info@ajhairextensions.com promptly with an order number if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Tracking will be supplied when available. For a missing or damaged parcel, keep the packaging and contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
