Straightforward terms for product purchases.
Seller and scope
The seller is AJ HAIR EXTENSIONS LLC. This online product business is separate from Austin James Hair Studio. A purchase does not include a salon appointment, local pickup, installation, maintenance service or installation training.
Choose the exact product
Review the selected method, shade, texture, length, size, pack contents and quantity. One pack is not automatically a full-head installation. Category illustrations and salon-result media are not photographs of every retail SKU or a promise of identical results. Screens and lighting can affect perceived color; ask product support before ordering if a selection is unclear.
Professional application required
Hair extensions require application by a qualified professional. Application guidance, tutorials and learning modules are not provided at this time. Ask your independently chosen professional about suitability and installation before buying. Product purchases do not include professional-service charges.
Orders, prices and availability
The price and selected quantity appear in the order summary. Included Priority shipping applies only to supported destinations; applicable tax is shown separately. An order confirmation records receipt of your order. If a stock discrepancy, material listing error or fulfillment problem arises, we will contact you before making a substitution or change and offer cancellation and a prompt refund where appropriate. We do not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
Changes and cancellations
Contact info@ajhairextensions.com promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the Returns & Product Concerns policy applies. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate delivery details.
Shipping, returns and your rights
The Shipping Policy and Returns & Product Concerns policy explain dispatch, supported coverage, ordinary returns and physical inspection of suspected manufacturing defects. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
