Who operates this store
AJ HAIR EXTENSIONS LLC operates this online product store. The separately operated salon and linked social platforms provide their own services. Contact info@ajhairextensions.com for privacy questions.
Information we use
We use information you provide to create an account, process an order, deliver products and respond to support requests. This can include your name, email, delivery and billing details, order contents and correspondence. Website request and security information is processed to operate safely. Do not send full card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in support messages.
Service providers
WordPress and WooCommerce support account and order records; Rocket.net hosts the website; Stripe processes payments; Google Workspace and WP Mail SMTP handle website and support email. Shipping providers receive delivery information required to deliver a parcel. Each receives information needed for its service. Payment details must be entered only in secure payment fields. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Cookies, Analytics and your choices
Necessary cookies support login, carts, checkout and security. Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and device/browser information using pseudonymous identifiers. It is not required to shop. Choose Accept analytics or Necessary only in our banner, or use the Cookie Preferences button to change or withdraw your choice. Analytics cookies are blocked until statistics consent. The consent preference is stored for 30 days. Google Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_ followed by the stream identifier, can last up to two years and may be renewed when used. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing information. With your analytics consent, we also measure product views, cart additions, checkout starts and completed purchases. Purchase measurement uses an order reference, product and variation identifiers, quantities, currency and merchandise value after discounts, with shipping and tax recorded separately. It does not send your name, email, address, payment-card details or private order-access links as event parameters. Staging, staff activity and account pages are excluded. Advertising click identifiers, when present and permitted by your choice, help associate visits and purchases with their source; this does not enable advertising personalization.
External social icons are links, not embedded feeds; those platforms apply their own policies when you visit. Recovery marketing remains paused. No advertising pixel or advertising-personalization integration is enabled by this Analytics setup. An order or support request is not permission to import you into the separate salon mailing list.
Retention and protection
We retain account, order and support information as needed to provide services, address disputes and meet applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers for their work. No internet service can promise absolute security. Full payment-card numbers are not retained in ordinary order or support records.
Your requests
Update available account details through My Account or contact info@ajhairextensions.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain information required for legal obligations or unresolved orders. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this policy. Do not include passwords or payment-card numbers in a request.
